Hi! One of my favorite teachers is Dr. Sarah Moore, who leads the free mindfulness group at Monona Terrace here in Madison. Sarah will often combine a body scan, breath awareness, and loving kindness in one long session. To honor Sarah, I’ll lead a 3-in-1 sitting when Practice Circle meets again this Sunday, Feb. 26, at 9 pm Eastern, 8 Central, and 6 Pacific time. Nothing to prepare for this week, but you’ll want to get comfortable for a long sit on Sunday.
