This Sutta, or Sutra depending on whether your going Pāli or Sanskrit is going to take a bit to grasp. I have been instructed by the monk I am learning from (not a guru or higher being) to basically slow my roll a bit and revisit the Four Noble Truths in less of an academic way. This is hard, but necessary. To understand something intellectually versus implementation is quite a challenge. Anyone else worked through this one? Any other advice?

I am having some trouble staying away from the thought process of not doing physically to “live and practice” the four truths. I am sometimes getting sucked into the negative or depressing connotations of dukka as well. I know Buddhism is not meant to depress or to bring suffering, but rather the opposite. Thoughts?
