Secular Buddhism continues to grow and flourish, distinguishing itself from traditional forms with its focus on this world, while honoring the core values and practices of Buddhist thought. New groups continue to sprout as the notion of secular, while being Buddhist, transitions from oddity, to commonplace. That growing can only take place with the efforts of those who practice, as we do our best to model those values, every day. Our guest Keith Nielsen is a meditator and secular Buddhist, actively building a community of fellow meditators in Houston.
