My name's Adam. I'm a writer and publisher based in Manchester, UK.

I've been Buddhist since I was 14, but I've always been drawn more to secular Buddhism than, say, Vajrayana, which seems to be the more popular practice in my neck of woods. I've found a Zen dojo, which I may try, but it seems quite small.

I'm keen to learn from you all and look forward to seeing what discussions arise.
