Hi everyone,
After years and years of being involved in Tibetan then Zen Buddhism I truly realized that I am a secularist and to find a secular Buddhist community was a very pleasant surprise. I’m uncomfortable with the dogma (“put a leash on your dogma”) but I am very comfortable with many of the logical life philosophies and teachings. I’ve been meditating for 30 years and became a master teacher over 20 years ago. Today I focus a lot on moving meditation. After being a student, practitioner and teacher for so many years I’ve realized that one size does not fit all and each student/practitioner needs their own “prescription“ for the right meditation, including myself. I look forward to discovering everything on this site and connecting. Thank you!!
